The loader itself is robotically welded and built using high quality steel and ‘double-C’ construction to ensure optimum strength without bulk. Recessed greasing points, perforated bushings and rubber silent-block washers are all designed to keep grease where it should be—in the joint, to prevent wear on all moving parts. A 5 stage powder paint finishing process ensures long lasting good looks
The loader bracket, or subframe, is specifically designed to each type and model of tractor. This is to ensure an exact fit and access to all tractor servicing points
Loaders are available with or without self-levelling depending on tractor horsepower. Loaders are supplied with either a BASE or COMFORT kit or alternatively in a customised package to suit the farmers’ individual requirements. The COMFORT kit includes a unique dual chamber anti-shock system which automatically adjusts to the pressure of the loader always ensuring a smooth ride whether the loader is empty or full
